In this coaching program we will:
Work intensively to discover your true, authentic path
Challenge limiting beliefs and work on mindset
Examine major life goals and their blockages
Discover a healthier work-life balance, doing work you LOVE
Evaluate and improve time management and finance practices
Practice self-care and grace, and re-center YOU in your life
HOW DOES EMPOWERME work?
Each participant will have a total of four 75-minute one-on-one coachings with me.
Participants will receive four total recorded sessions from me with guided reflections and exercises designed to bring more clarity and deepen your growth between our calls.
Participants will not interact with each other.
Finally, you’ll have access to me via the Telegram app for voice memos and texts for the whole 3 month period. EmpowerMe is designed to be affordable, with four-installment payment model.
